Terms & Conditions — 9x555 Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and the operator of the 9x555 platform ("9x555", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website accessible at https://9x555.cam and all related services, products and content offered thereon (collectively, the "Service").

5.1 Registration Requirements

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended, with balances forfeited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the first registered account may be reinstated at 9x555's sole discretion following identity verification.

5.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration and maintain such accuracy for the lifetime of your Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

5.3 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including username and password.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account.
• Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials shall be deemed to have been authorized by you.
• You must notify 9x555 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• 9x555 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the User failed to maintain reasonable credential security.

5.4 Account Verification

9x555 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or following unusual account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

KYC verification is a mandatory requirement under the operator's international license obligations and is conducted to confirm user identity, verify age eligibility, prevent fraud, and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) obligations.

6.1 Required Documents

• Identity Verification: A valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification document. For Pakistani users, a Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid passport is the standard accepted document.
• Proof of Address: Where required, a recent utility bill, bank statement or equivalent document (typically dated within three months) confirming your residential address.
• Payment Method Verification: Confirmation of the payment method used for deposits, which may include a screenshot of a transaction or a partial bank statement, to confirm ownership.
• Liveness Check: A photograph or short video of the User alongside their identity document may be required to confirm that the document belongs to the account holder.

6.2 Document Integrity

All documents submitted for KYC purposes must be genuine and unaltered. Submission of falsified, edited, cropped or otherwise manipulated documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and may be reported to relevant authorities.

All deposits to your 9x555 Account must originate from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account, wallet or card belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the Account being reviewed.

7.1 Payment Methods

Payment method availability varies and is subject to change. Channels familiar to Pakistani users, including mobile wallets and bank transfers, may be available in the Cashier. The mention of payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah in any platform material is for reference only. It does not constitute an endorsement by those providers, a guarantee of availability, or a representation that those providers permit gambling transactions. 7.2 Deposit Limits

7.3 Currency

Deposits may be processed in the currency supported by your chosen payment method. Any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the User. 9x555 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion costs imposed by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification, clearance of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and confirmation that the Account is in good standing. 9x555 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment instrument in the User's own name and, where possible, to the same instrument used for the original deposit.

• Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. Verification delays or compliance reviews may extend processing timelines.
• 9x555 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to the Account Balance where verification requirements have not been satisfied.
• Winnings derived solely from bonus funds, prior to satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements, are not withdrawable.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits offered by 9x555 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.

9.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address and device unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• A maximum bet limit applies while bonus funds are active. Bets exceeding the maximum bet cap during an active bonus may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game type contributions to wagering requirements vary. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer products may contribute a lower percentage or zero — refer to the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses have defined expiry periods. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the expiry window will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the Account.
• Maximum cash-out limits may apply to winnings generated from bonus funds. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum cash-out cap will be removed upon withdrawal.

9.2 Bonus Integrity

9x555 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies to exploit promotions, or providing false information to claim a bonus.

All sports betting and gaming activities on 9x555 are governed by the specific game rules or betting rules applicable to each product. General betting rules applicable across the Platform include the following provisions:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds may fluctuate before confirmation — confirmed bet slips reflect the final accepted odds.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
• 9x555 reserves the right to void bets in the event of palpable errors in odds, including but not limited to cases where odds were published at a manifestly incorrect price due to system error or human input error.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event and per User, and may vary based on account status, event type or market conditions.
• For live betting markets, bets are subject to acceptance up to the moment the market is suspended. 9x555 accepts no liability for bets placed on events that have already concluded or been suspended where real-time data was unavailable.
• All casino game results are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology or by live dealer outcomes. Results are final once a game round concludes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9x555 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening, using or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with 9x555.
• Depositing or transacting with funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other system to place bets, interact with games or manipulate the Service in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Exploiting known software errors, technical vulnerabilities or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void.
• Colluding with other Users, sharing information about live game hands, or engaging in any form of coordinated betting strategy designed to disadvantage the operator.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any conduct that manipulates the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Engaging in charge-backs or reversals of payment transactions without prior written communication to 9x555 support.
• Threatening, harassing or engaging in abusive conduct toward 9x555 employees or other platform users via support channels.

9x555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that:

• The User has breached or is reasonably suspected to have breached these Terms.
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal or suspicious activity.
• The User has provided false identity or age information.
• Compliance obligations, including KYC or AML requirements, have not been satisfied.
• Continuation of the account relationship presents a regulatory, legal or reputational risk to 9x555.
• The User has requested closure of their Account pursuant to a self-exclusion request.

Upon Account closure, any Real-Money Balance remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to 9x555 (including reversed chargebacks or fraud-related losses) will be returned to the User via the original payment method, subject to verification requirements being satisfied.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Closure does not exempt the User from any outstanding obligations or liabilities to 9x555.

9x555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help Users manage their participation in a safe and controlled manner. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

13.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you may lose within a specified time period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations or configure reality check notifications at regular intervals.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a set period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Request a minimum six-week or longer exclusion from the Platform, during which login access will be disabled and promotional communications suppressed. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active period.

13.2 Platform Obligations

9x555 reserves the right to impose responsible gambling controls on any Account where indicators of problem gambling behaviour are identified, without requiring User consent to do so. Such controls may include deposit limit reductions, session restrictions or mandatory cooling-off periods.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes, consistent with these Terms. This license does not extend to reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, scraping, framing or any commercial exploitation of Platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9x555 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds deposited to an Account where such loss results from User error, unauthorized access facilitated by User negligence, or payment provider failure.
• Interruption, suspension or termination of the Service due to technical failure, maintenance, cyber attack or circumstances beyond 9x555's reasonable control.
• Any legal or regulatory consequences faced by a User as a result of accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where gambling is restricted or prohibited.
• Decisions made by the User in reliance on information, odds or content published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by 9x555's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and request Account closure before the revised Terms take effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9x555 holds its international operating license.

In the event of any dispute between a User and 9x555, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via the customer support channels available on the Platform. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be referred to arbitration or the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by the applicable license jurisdiction.
